PORTER — dispatch & chain-of-custody. Every completed delivery needs a photo, signature, or named receiver as proof; controlled/confidential items always need a second-person witness; STAT items that breach their SLA window surface in Live → SLA risk for escalation.

Building intake

Find a building from its address, ingest real plans (BIM/IMDF/GeoJSON), or build it from reality during onboarding. Everything is tagged by source and verified before it goes live.

Address

How intake works

Discover pulls a live geocode + building footprint (OpenStreetMap/Overture) and assembles a records-research checklist.
Provision shell builds the footprint + vertical cores from reality; rooms come next.
Import ingests owner plans (native JSON / GeoJSON points+lines / IMDF units) with a rights attestation.
Onboard = build from reality on the canvas when no plans exist.

Provenance & verification

I confirm the tenant owns or holds rights to this layout (plans / BIM / survey).

Rights attestation — required to publish.

SLA risk — at-risk & breached

Escalate bumps priority to STAT and notifies the supervisor. Reassign hands custody to another courier. Ranked worst-first (institutional records-retention & SLA policy).
